Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order as soon as you have not made purchases. As soon as your payment is received, instantly, access to the complete IELTS COMBO Packs will be granted, and there shall not be any refund.
However, should you book for online classes only, and have not received lesson, then shall you be refunded 100% fee. Although, booking of classes is approved after one-on-one interactions after filling the appointment form.
NOTE: There is no refund for IELTS COMBO PACK as soon as payment is received. All materials get to you in few minutes on confirmation by explodely.
